Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • If cancelled before 14 days prior to check in 10% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
  • Reservations cancellation done less than 14 days prior to arrival – 1 night retention will be charged
  • Reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival of the guest / No Show / Early Departure will attract full retention charges
